Initial fee quoted was 1.25%, but they then matched other local quotes of 1%, which we accepted as we were impressed by the teams knowledge and drive when we first met them. A fair price for a quick, efficient, stress free selling experience.

We couldn't sell our property through this agent as it's shared ownership so had to sell through our management company. We did however use their mortgage advisor and their conveyancers for our sale and purchase and found them to be very helpful and competitive....
