I'm sorry you felt it nessessary to write this but having spoken to everyone involved this is totally uncalled for. The first viewing you were late for and Lynn couldn’t stay any longer as she had another appointment, the second viewing Lynn gave you a time and date to come back to her on to confirm which you didn’t, if Lynn or anyone else was free we would have come straight out but everyone was sadly busy. I don't know who you are or what property you say we have been managing but your comments are very strange, why would anyone not look after your property and why would I shout at you, also the Lynn you mention was the Letting Manager I had to dismiss, she was sadly for me and a lot of my customers the worst person I have ever employed, I still have Lynn Randall my Sales Manager who has always been fantastic, I'm sorry if Lynn the Letting Manager caused you any problems. I've stated in previous responses that we are not here to upset anyone, we grow every month mainly through recommendation especially on the Estate Management side. Also Lynn Randall doesn't work in letting, she is the Sales Manager, Lynn McDonald a previous Letting Manger did cause a lot of issues for everyone sadly. What agent could do to change your mind?
I own a business myself and I understand that great customer service is essential for any successful business. If this company is ambitious and wants to grow then in my honest opinion the company needs to look at replacing Lynn Randall as soon as possible.
