Why Redpath Bruce?


Our offices have more than 50 staff members that include property managers, accountants and administrative personnel. All of our property management staff have accomplished the Institute of Residential Property management tests and we constantly train and further develop our employees. We also have a number of chartered surveyors that deal with investment and development consultancy. In addition, Redpath Bruce Property Management division is a member of the property Managers Association Scotland Ltd and we are registered as property Factors in Scotland.


Our services include but are not limited to commercial and residential property management, investment consultancy, new developments and property sales. We have been managing properties for more than 100 years therefore we are one of the most trusted managers in Glasgow. Redpath Bruce specialise in a variety of property including tenement buildings and modern blocks of flat. We offer a full management service which consists of regular inspections, arranging repairs, maintenance contracts with cleaning, gardening and safety staff and most importantly dealing with daily enquiries from clients.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Seem happy to ignore problems and repairs required, but are very quick to send out their invoices. They charge extra fees for having to deal with problems/repairs; in my opinion, dealing with these problems is part of their job, for which they are already paid.
