Dear ‘168’, I was saddened to read such an awful review of our company, although from how rude you have been to our staff I have to say I’m not surprised. From starting this company in 2006, we’ve never had a review like this and it’s certainly not warranted. Your key was actually returned to you by hand the morning after your request. We offered a number of options regarding returning your key and would have brought it back but couldn’t give an exact time, you were rude on the ph ...

Comment on agent fees
We received a full deposit refund at the end of our rental, there was no problem. We had however, really looked after the property and had all carpets cleaned upon leaving so the respect was two way.
