What agent could do to change your mind?
The breach of confidentiality of our personal information was shocking and distressing with unforeseen consequences for us. We felt this was not dealt with professionally as client personal information is supplied on the understanding it would be stored and used in the strictest of confidence. At no time were we reassured that this would be investigated with consequences for the member of staff involved or changes to procedures implmented to ensure this situation does not arise in the future.
