We are disappointed that you feel that we did not do everything we could to assist you. We did arrange numerous visits for you and a number of your trades people did go to the property but as the transaction went on the vendor became more apprehensive and the last thing we wanted was for the sale to break down. The fact that it was necessary for me to have to remind individuals that certain standard things had not been undertaken was annoying, as the whole reason for having full management on the property was so that I could literally forget about such things . I did have a very small % reduction on the fees in recognition of the inadequacies but I would rather have paid the full amount and not have to chase for these things to be done.
