What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent manages the property fully then they should fix any issues with the property before the tenants move in. and not expect tenant to fix it after they have moved in.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should of acknowledged their mistakes and offered us a discount. We had to pay an additional ‚£300 to put our property in storage, and stay at friends whilst we found another house to rent. The agents should actually care about putting the right tenants in the right properties, and not tell somebody with simple criteria, that they are being picky- especially at the extortionate fees that you charge. They should not be giving timelines without actual planning and communication with the property owner. Appalling and highly disruptive behaviour.
