When we signed up with Prospect to sell our house, I had a conversation about the commission with the manager Ross Hobbs. He very kindly offered a sliding scale for the commission depending on how much they got us for the house. In the end I wanted to keep things simple and agreed a fixed fee, but I was pleased that Ross had made an offer believe that we paid a fair price.
