Their fees were: ‚£250 to secure the flat off the market upon viewing the property (which is deducted from your first month rent/deposit - and is not an extra cost), ‚£120 per person for reference checks (which included a very simple online process with HomeLet) A one-off tenancy agreement fee of ‚£150. These fees are actually very reasonable in comparison to other high street estate agents whose reference checks alone would be double the price.

Regarding Property World's monthly fees - you get what you pay for. I have always received efficient property maintenance and prompt payment of my monthly rental income therefore their monthly fees are fully justified.
