What agent could do to change your mind?
Change staff or train more thoroughly and review performance. Record phone calls and use as staff training. Advise staff that moving is a very stressful time and regular communication is necessary even if there's nothing to say!

I apologise that there seemed to have been a lack of clarity regarding the £300 reduction from your selling fees. This was negotiated into the agreed fee and was therefore not applicable at the end of the process.
