The highest fees I have paid in London for the most incompetent service. When we were agreeing the terms to our tenancy and going through the administration process we ended up having 3 different people dealing with the application and neither of them spoke to each other so we had to answer the same questions multiple times. They also couldn't do basic maths such as adding up payslips.
