V, every time i call, the one you are looking for seems always busy doing something else and promise to call back but never did. They always says the landlord this, landlord that blablabla... and takes so longer to reply emails. The Parkway branch really sucks. when they don't spend 2 month to fit the floor and replace or repair washing machine in a month. we should be given compensation for the time when the flat does not have floor.

In response to the above review, we do not accept that we have failed to act within the guidelines. The tenants were advised of the TDS guidelines and the way in which a dispute could be raised in the proper form and can both still do this and have ignored the option to proceed through these proper channels.
