From day one, we had a set idea of what we wanted to achieve with our company. We have always believed that the single most vital ingredient to making our company successful is customer service with constant and never ending improvement.
Pinewood was formed in 2004, opening its first office in Chesterfield. We began by offering property management and residential lettings in the Derbyshire area, soon expanding to Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Five years on, we have established ourselves as a customer friendly letting agents.
So from the beginning, we have set out to make sure we offer the highest quality brochures, the latest technology, and constant contact with all our clients and as much advertising as is needed to name just a few. as a go ahead property management company and letting agents, we know ourselves that the devil is in the detail.

I was a little surprised to learnt that we would be charged for a "check in" service and most estate agents we've dealt with before do not charge this. However - you do feel reassured when going through the inventory with the agent (in person). All other fees are reasonable and in line with other agents.

I think my issue is with the system in general rather than Pinewood. I’ve paid for referencing fees at another agency, and I understand that Pinewood need to charge for sending written references. So my problem is with the disconnect between these parties and the process. In isolation I don’t object to the £35 fee.
