What agent could do to change your mind?
Your team members are borderline incompetent and clearly cannot pass on highly relevant information from one day to the next and between one staff member to the next.

As per your email today this matter is now resolved. You note that my claim to not being liable for rent after August is correct. It is a shame your more junior staff were not more proactive in resolving this and that I had to write to the chief executive to progress matters. None-the-less the matter is now resolved. However, I would caution people to email records of their telephone conversations with yourselves (as I did) as this seemed to help resolve the matter in an acceptable way for both ...

I am sorry that you felt this way in connection with your tenancy, unfortunately when you sign, you are indeed signing up for the term that you have agreed to, in this case a minimum of 6 months. If you wish to depart after only 2 months, that is entirely your choice, but you have agreed to the term so the rent will still be due. I am sure if the roles were reversed and the landlord wished to remove you from the property after only two months you would have been upset and wanted the contract enf ...
