The fees for letting were 10% which is the average cost. We got a discount on the agency selling fees from the Director which was very welcome, in some cases, less than half of what other agents wanted to sell our property. They were very fair and transparent throughout our dealings with them.

Tenant Management Service
(Fees are negotiable)

Our fees for the fully managed service are £450 letting fee, £50 deposit fee and £200 resigning fee and 10% management fee, all fees are plus vat. We do not charge any additional fees, all our services include check in inventory, inspections, tenant referencing and check out reports.

Should you choose to instruct us to manage your property I can assure you a 5 star professional service that will suit all your needs and put the onus on us to take the day to day running out of your hands.
