Exactly the same experience here. Been 2 years no deposit in sight. Their requirements are ludicrous . The worst letting agent I've ever used. Tested as a second class person simply because we rent. Poor service from the off. The only person I can commend is Rose who is wonderful. But the stipulations on bills when I have already sent proof is ludicrous . ...

Our fees for the fully managed service are £450 letting fee, £50 deposit fee and £200 resigning fee and 10% management fee, all fees are plus vat. We do not charge any additional fees, all our services include check in inventory, inspections, tenant referencing and check out reports.

Should you choose to instruct us to manage your property I can assure you a 5 star professional service that will suit all your needs and put the onus on us to take the day to day running out of your hands.
