This is obviously a Let Only tenancy and therefore all repairs would have to be reported by the tenant directly to the Landlord.
No-one is ever asked to collect a cheque from the office. Cheques are posted out to the forwarding address given by the vacatiing tenant. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
idealy the agent could of dealt with issues raised, could of vastly improved their customer service and could of been far more reasonable with our deposit rater than trying to rob us for every penny.Attached Filesnbsp;

Without knowing who this tenant is and therefore which property she rented it is hard to disprove her claims. However if she had a flea problem we would have solved that and obviously not at her expense.
We would not charge her twice in a six month period so her comment is untrue.
Unlike some other agents we do not ever charge for a reference, so yet another untruth.
We also have not lost a case with the TDS this year, therefore she must have have been unable to prove that we were wrong to c ...
