The fees are an outrageous amount to pay when the service is at such a low standard. To pay the fees they ask for, I would at least expect the keys for the property to be ready on the move in date as this is basic, however they could not even carry out this service even though they charge huge ‘admin’ fees. With the problems we have had, it has always been us chasing the agent for details, not them offering information first. No ‘admin’ was done to justify their fees.
