Peter Heron Residential Sales & Lettings specialise in sales and rentals within the City of Sunderland. What agent could do to change your mind?
I just feel the selling fees are rather high. Other companies do offer lower prices and although I am very happy with the service I may be tempted to go for a cheaper option next time. If your prices were more competitive it may help as if I had know the cheaper prices before I would of gone with another company.
