We acknowledge the difficulties encountered during this sale. The buyers were made aware from the time they made their offer that the Cottage was Listed and were informed that it would not come fully off the market until after their survey had been carried out. The buyers were not gazumped as they suspect. A new sale was not agreed until after they had withdrawn. ...
