What agent could do to change your mind?

Please stop your Lies, Mortgage Department and stop over charging people. At start staff were friendly. However the fun begins when you say, you already have a mortgage in place and do not need their mortgage services. They will ignore you, make you wait for days and so many days, seems they would not pass your offer to vendors. They defiantly lack any sense of urgency and serve their clients badly. TO check this we decided to knock on the vendors door and vendors were surprised to find out that we had made an offer that they never passed on to and they would have accepted our offer. After that incident we decide we will not use these agents in life even if we like house so much. There are plenty of house in market. In Summery if you like the house do not go to them, they will make you wait, try to extort money from you, either via mortgage or higher price then asking price of the vendors. unethical bunch of people, liers and crooks. Sadly disappointed
