I agree with previous comment. This agents are cowboys, they use every trick on the book to try to steal your deposit. They charge you the rent days before the rent is due and then they pay late to the landlord....

Its a shame people are allow to publish unsubstantiated untruths. Both the people that have called us cowboys have not I see given their proper names so I am unable to check the individual situations. All deposits are protected by us. The tenants signs a tenant deposit protection form at the same time as they sign the lease. Together with the Inventory etc. Most tenants tend to lose these documents/forget they exist which is why a copy is always kept in the office. When a tenant checks out, the ...
