Because Park Row are the only Agent in Selby that open their doors seven days a week, we often here that clients find us more ‘available.’ Amanda is often know to be answering calls late at night when most other Agents would be in bed. Opening until 8pm Monday to Thursday also puts Park Row at an advantage, as most buyers don’t get home until after 6pm (when most Agents are closed). Happy days! ...

Normally at Park Row we wouldn’t recommend selling your property as fast as you did (we explain in our initial presentation why it can cost you a lot of money), but on this occasion there was a necessity to get your property sold asap. So many Vendors sell their properties for less than they could achieve with other agents, just because you’ve achieved the price you expected, doesn’t mean you can’t achieve more.
