Comment on agent fees
You get what you pay for - I would rather pay a competative price knowing my agent is going to work for me & be proactive. Other agents at the same price did not open 7 days a week or extended hours, nor had the charm that Park Row did.

Many thanks for the positive comments. Lisa works in our progression team which helps us to get sales through quicker than other agents that don't have a progression team. With regards to the price Park Row usually does get higher prices than other agents as we 'push' the buyers as high as we can, conversely many agents 'push' their own vendors to accept lower prices simply to achieve a sale. We often hear other agents clients saying they aren’t getting any contact with their agents.
Because nowadays for a lot of agents it’s just about ‘getting the listing’ once that’s achieved, the agent just goes for the next listing.
Moving home can be extremely stressful, that’s why we stay focused on all of our clients from the first introduction phone call, to the second we hand the keys over on completion.
