We discovered by talking to historical clients that the part from going sold to completion was their most anxious time. We added our Progression Dept and discovered that not only reduce the stress of our clients, but also it reduced the completion time significantly (win, win). One of the largest objections we hear every day is ‘the fee!’ We try to explain to everyone that ‘the fee’ isn’t important, it’s how much the client ends up with ‘in their pocket’ at the end of the complete transaction, that really matters!
