This review is totally untrue. We was asking for a completion statement to be provided to us as proof of payment for the service charge and sinking fund. We asked Mr Harrington to supply this, we even asked Mr Harrington's Solicitors to provided a copy of the completion statement. We never received a copy of the completion statement from either Mr Harrington or his solicitors. Eventually Mr Harrington's Solicitors admitted that they were holding the funds and after chasing them for several m ...

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances an agent could not attend the property to carry out an inspection with you on the date and time that you vacated. Once the inspection was carried out by one of our agents it was found that there was some damaged to the property that needed to be rectified.
