Following your review, I would like to say how sorry I am for your disappointment and frustration and offer my apologies that this situation arose.
Unfortunately we are obliged to put forward any offer received even where an offer has been agreed. We always remove properties from the market as soon as an offer is secured and any subsequent viewings would be cancelled. We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way and that your offer was unsuccessful. We would like to assure you that all information from both offers were passed onto the Landlord for their consideration and the Landlord decided to accept the opposing offer which was unfortunate for you. We are sorry that you feel unhappy with the service you have received, however we can assure that all decisions were discussed and made with the landlord. Whilst the offer was initially accepted the conditions proposed by the tenant where subsequently altered and together with referencing not being completely satisfactory the Landlord did not feel comfortable proceeding.
