This property came on the market and we had a tremendous response with the first available appointments slots being booked out straight away. The next ones were available on Monday at which time you were booked for. Had a viewing in Watford on Friday, the agent greeted us then walked to one room. The moment we entered she said this is the master bedroom and left. She had her back turned to us for majority of the viewing. We left there feeling unwelcome. The stench of her indifference was appalling. It's just laughable. I wasted my time and I could tell we would not have been considered. Though that's the landlord's decision, the agent's attitude made us feel like we were not what they were looking for. ...

I had the exact same problem with oyster in Honeypot Lane, very poor service and unprofessional, they said they would get in touch after I viewed a property with them and they never did, from someone called (nick), waste of time, wouldn't recommend. Thank god I have now found a much better property with a much better agent. ...

Horrible!!!! The maintanance side is just horrible. Avoid at all cost, they lie to you and keep postponding issues even when it comes to something serious as mould. Vishal, Minal and Cris are the worst employees I ever encountered. They have no idea what's going ...

Their sales agents are good. Maintenance staffs and coordinator is very bad and terrible. They do unfair treatment with tenant. They ignore tenants if there is any maintenance issue reported. They did unfair deduction of my deposit and failed to prove their point. Already complained ...
