Totally agree. Our flat block was with Owens and Porter for several years. Their attitude and treatment were shocking. They seem to think they can talk to people however they want, including shouting at them and *ordering* clients to do things, when they have no right. They act like landlords and treat clients like council estate tenants. Utterly appalling company. ...
