I agree with all the negative reviews about Orchard & Shipman.
I had signed a Private Sector Leasing contract with them. By their own admission they did not bother to inspect the property as contracted to do.

Very nice. Instead of looking into improving your service that obviously is hopeless (have you got a single positive review?) you decide to go defensive with your clients because, in your words, "you are not shady"? You have just proven what a disgraceful company you own. ...
