They could have at least answered my phone calls, emails or said we are sorry to have put you in such mess even after taking money from you and promising to clean the place and we will set things right for you. Thats why we took the fees from you.Attached Filesnbsp;

You are right, they dealt with us couple of months ago and told us to lie to the landlord about how many people are moving in. We were all boys and they said just told landlord that its couples. Landlord found out later and cancelled the tenancy and didnt sign. They did not refund our money. They are ripping people off. stay away ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
nothing...they are a disgrace. I would like to call them frauds.They did not do the basic cleaning and the basic needs that we requested and they promised.The place is infested with roaches and bed bugs..all closets,cabinets washing machine are broken.If we tell them they don't want to hear or help.They did not have the decency to clean the property before we moved in. At the time of renting though they said everything will be fixed or cleaned...nothing was done and they unnecessarily took 350‚£ admin fee.... for what... for cheating us...Attached Filesnbsp;
