When we first moved to King Street, we felt the credit reference check fees for our 2 dependant children (although over the age of 18) were irrelevant as they were not the rent payers on the agreement, nor were they the bill payers. We felt this was an expense that could easily have been waivered and we were not sure what relevance checking our children had. After laying down a hefty deposit, on top of the first months rent up front, the credit reference fees for our children were an added expense we could have done without.

If authorisation is given allowing you to vacate the premises before the expiration of any tenancy agreement, you may be liable for the following:

iv) These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding

Please note: Should you report a maintenance issue with the property and a contractor is called out and their investigations find that the fault has been caused by the tenant/s or an associate of the tenant/s, or alternatively no fault exists, any cost for this call out will be the responsibility of the tenant/s. Northwood reserve the right to deduct any unpaid monies from the deposit.
