The one gripe I have with Northwood is the renewal fee at the end of every six months, but that is common across the rental market and is probably something that should be addressed by government.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have respected that all customers are different and have different needs in an acomodation. Could have spoken curtiously to the tentants in the abode. Could have not peeped through the windows every 5 minutes making the tenants anxious.
