I am reluctant to write anything negative as I have written this review to praise Anita but I do think that the ‚£60 fee that Northwood charge to renew a contract is far too much. I renew my contract twice yearly and so the ‚£120 I pay effectively adds another ‚£10 to my monthly rental payment.
