In the vast majority of occasions we do check the properties prior to a tenant moving in but from time to time there is very little time for the property to be prepared (for example when a new tenant insists on moving in immediately after a new tenant moves out, and the property has not been cleaned by the outgoing tenant as per their responsibilities).
