There is sometimes a possibility that we can offer a one year contract, depending on the landlord circumstances. When your agreement is next due, speak to me and I will see what we can do. I am so glad that the maintenance reporting system is working well and thank you for reviewing us :-) ...

Some agents will charge less than Northwoods, but you need to ask yourself is 'what kind of service am I receiving and are the tenants happy with the agent?' I know that my tenants are happy with the support and advice they receive, along with the quick response they get from any reported problem. As they say, you get what you pay for.

I selected their 'platinum' service, which means that they would pay me a fixed rent even if the property is empty (for a period of time). However, now we have a reliable tenant who is happy and now has a good track record of payments and steady living. In view of this, I would hope that after four years Northwood would reduce their annual fee (approx 15 percent) to a lower figure to reflect a good/low risk tenant.
