The customer service was ok before I moved into property. I rang for something. The agent I spoke to was arrogant. She just wanted me off the phone. A simple goodbye or thank you for calling would have been appriciated....

Dear Tendai, I am extremely sorry that you felt let down by our agent. I believe your problem was due to post being redirected before you moved in and you thought we had done this. I confirm that there were other tenants living in the property until recently and therefore we would not have had access to your post.
