Next Move's fee, as far as we know, are in line with the industry standard, and certainly more competitive than the likes of Foxton's. For us they have represented good value.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Where do I begin, their rental fees are almost funny they're that high. If you ever need to change a name on a contract they'll charge you ‚£360, and this isn't during the contract, this is when you are renewing for a new year. They say that a new contract for a new year isn't a new contract, it's an amendment, so they charge an amendment fee. Even though when you've paid the extortionate fees, you go into the branch and very obviously sign a new contract. As I said, they make ripping you off an art form.
