Mortimers were transparent from the outset with regards to fees. With hindsight, I felt the fee amount was disproportionate to the amount of work carried out given that the property sold within 24 hours of being on the market. On this basis, I would suggest an alternative fee structure to get better value for money where properties sell quickly.
