All tenants have the opportunity to view the property before agreeing to renting the property of their choice and as standard through the industry our properties are let as seen, while we endeavour to resolve all our tenants maintenance concerns as quickly as possible we can only do this with approval our landlords. This can be particularly hard when a tenancy has just commenced and the tenant is unhappy with the house they have chosen.
