What agent could do to change your mind?
Not lied, not recommended terrible cleaners then tried to keep our money, not altered check out date so we didn't even have chance to check cleaning, checked the cleaning before we ourselves moved in, not charged us an early checkout fee, not accused us of removing things that were still at the property, informed the landlady of our intention to move out early, Renata could have known more about the property when showing people around...shall I continue...?

We take all complaints very seriously as our record is excellent in this industry. We are unsure as to the accuracy of this comment as our verifiable records show that we have no maintenance issues more than two weeks outstanding except where tenants have not allowed us and/or our tradesmen access for whatever reason.
