obviously fees are more expensive however its all one fee , and they work round the clock so worth it! if you break other estate agent fees down and add on solicitor fees etc you wont have much change and they do a good job so you get what you pay for I suppose!

Whilst being more expensive, I would recommend MFL as they helped in both my sale and purchase.

The fees justify the end service, i may have got a lower fee elsewhere, but i am convinced I would also have got a lower sale value and marketing support. Graeme supported from the very beginning, and also with follow up calls to ensure i was happy with the service and support, and again on conclusion to congratulate me and provide a step overview of the next stages, as always leaving his name as point of contact should I need anything further.

Extortionate and not worth it. It cost almost £1,500 for their media, etc including amlost £500 for a Home Report, the true cost of which is around £360. Had they sold I would have had to pay around £5,000/6,000 in fees, Property can be sold for under £700 plus Home Report by various companies. McE F is a total rip off

I knew I was paying over the odds, but thought that was for an award-winning service. Since this was not what I received, I'm disgusted at the amount I've paid.

I was looking to achieve between ‚£135,000 - ‚£140,000. So very happy we got higher than that.

Interesting that the surveyor could arrive at a value of the property after discussion with Mr Lee & before even seeing the property. He even imagined a brick built chimney, which I had to point out only existed inn the glossy builders pictures from another site, but not the one for my house, where there are no chimneys. Interesting that the surveyor believed the local market was "flatlining" & gave a valuation around ‚£20k lower than any other Agent I spoke with in the area. Interesting that when the house sold within a week for ‚£10k over "valuation", Mr Lee was able to claim his 10% bonus on top of the agreed basic fees. Anyone smell a rat about that cosy valuation arrangement & fee bonus?...
