Comment on agent fees
The house was made to look like it was worth the fees charged but it had many structural problems. The administration fees are also abysmal for the area. We changed our lettings agency this year and everything was not only cheaper but also a lot faster.

These people expect the rent to be paid on the dot every month without any tolerance for 1 working day. If they don't receive it then they start hassling you SEVERAL times a day chasing the rent payment. Someone should explain to them that rent does ...

Totally agree your point! These people probably never been to university and have no idea how student loan works. They would not give you one single extra day and charge you ridiculous amount of money if your payment was delayed. Firstly, they fine you with a "late penalty charge" of 30 pounds, then they charge you 15 pounds each for EVERY call and letter they sent to you in addition to the 2 pounds you'll be paying them per day after the payment day. They value money more than anything, have ab ...
