Thought we'd use this company again only to be very disappointed. My son travelled for 9 hours to his rented flat he saw on video to find the carpets are filled with stains in bedroom and living room. The bathroom tub is covered with black permanent black stains . The light fittings dusty, including the radiators and other areas. He took 3 hours or more to clean it. How can you let a property out like this. It's disgusting!!! I'm furious!
