The only negative point that I would raise in terms of the fee agreement with Manning Stainton (separate to my dealing with the mortgage advisor) is that by appointing Manning Stainton to sell my house, buying a house enlisted by them and using the services of their in-house mortgage advisor meant that I was to receive a ‚£100 loyalty payment however, I did not receive this payment, neither was this deducted from the overall fees by Manning Stainton.
