I appreciated the fees being dealt with up front. The agent was keen to explain that, whilst common amongst agents, they were different in that they recouped the fee from other sources. Deals on mortgage rates and insurance rates ensured this. In this way they were perhaps not the cheapest but certainly the most cost effective for total price.
