Yes I would recommend the agent, however after paying for the service, I realised you don’t necessarily have to pay for mortgage advice on top of the agents fees. We paid for that ontop of the fees which we won’t do again.

A little bit steep when added to all the other huge bills for moving house. And if there are valuation fees too that's £1000 we paid at the end of the month. With nursery fees it wasn't very family friendly. But you do get good advice that is independent from commission for particular lenders.
