MS didn't quote me the highest price of the other agencies, and I ended up putting the property on the market and letting it for more than what was recommended. I do think that we may have been able to let for more than we have but can't be sure.

I felt that the fee's was expensive for what they're worth. Previous estate agents in London have charged ‚£75.00 and then additional fee's for Guarantor checks (approx ‚£50), but in this instance it was ‚£156 for reference/application fee's alone.
