Comment on agent fees
My husband had dealt with this firm when one of his clients was using them and thought they had done a good job so asked them to give an assessment of the property some month's back. Impressed by Manning Stainton bothering to put it all out in writing, we went back when the property had been prepared for sale. Manning Statinton did a first-class job and their fees are slightly less than a lot of other Estate Agents. This is very important in a tough market. Lower fees and gold-star service- can't be bettered!
