The first thing I noticed about the estate agent is that he was presentable and very approachable, he took his time in showing the property and answering all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the way everything was handled and the fact that I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I would recoment Mann Estate Agents on the Sidcup High street to any one who requires an estate agent. Thank you Team for all your help

I do think I paid a lot of money in regards to the fees. At the end of the day the tenants they provided me with seem like they wish to stay for a long time which will benefit me in the long run.
